The Ionia Kids Care Club, in Ionia, Michigan, created a Valentines Survival Kit filled with candies that have a special meaning.  

The Club created 35 Valentines Survival Kits for families living in the RAVE Woman's Shelter.  They also made kits for the staff - a great idea.  The Club is also providing "Be My Valentine Kits" for the children to make Valentines for family and friends.  Read below how your Kids Care Club can create a Valentines Survival Kit, packaged in a festive bag. The kits contain a Valentine's poem (your club can create its own poem to include inside the kit), Quaker Chewy Granola Bars, cocoa and various candies.

The Ionia Kids Care Club created the kits for families and staff in a shelter, but seniors, veterans or children in hospitals would love to receive a Valentines Survival Kit from your club.
